I’ve worked with hundreds of business owners during that time and I believe for a business to succeed it needs to have really strong people foundations in place. People foundations are made up of for your HR systems and processes and also the culture the purpose and values of the organisation.

I found with most business owners over the years they’ve set up and put their people processes in place so as to their HR systems and their employment contracts, but then they’ve never reviewed them again and employment law changes all of the time.
