My name is Jacqui Mann, I’m the founder of JMann Associates and I’m also known as the P.E.O.P.L.E Doctor.

We specialise in working with entrepreneur business owners who have a six to eight figure turnover normally between 10 to 200 staff – those who are looking to grow and, who want to create a great place to work.

I have a background in executive and behavioural coaching, HR, and business and, I’ve studied the impact that people make to organisations.

For over 20 years I surveyed hundreds of business owners and found there was three main problems that were preventing them from seriously growing their business.

  2. Employees don’t follow the right systems and processes and,
