Assessment Centres

Recruiting the right person can be difficult, especially if you rely on just an interview. Assessment centres are an objective way of measuring and predicting people’s performance and behaviours in a job situation.

Our assessment centres are designed around competencies and behaviours. They give candidates the opportunity to take part in a range of activities relevant to the job. You are then able to see how the candidate performs during the activities.

We have designed and facilitated many assessment centres. Activities include:

  • Psychometric testing – can include personality profiling, verbal and numerical reasoning.
  • Structured interviews- to gain examples of behaviour at work and key achievements
  • Group exercise – looks at how individuals work as part of a team
  • Presentation – on a topic relevant to the role or business
  • Simulation exercise – role play reflecting a business situation
